Sports Kingdom provides sports equipment for various disciplines. We do not accept responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased from our website or store. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that products are used in accordance with safety guidelines and appropriate practices. Also, there is no guarantee of any products that we are selling on our website in any case. 

3. Orders and Collection

  • Online Orders: We offer nationwide shipping across India.

  • Store Pick-up: Customers may choose to order online and collect their items from our physical location, Chaudhry Sports, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Please ensure you have your order confirmation and valid identification when collecting.

  • International Orders: For deliveries outside India, please contact us directly via WhatsApp, email, or our official Instagram account to discuss logistics and shipping options.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated Timeline: Standard delivery within India typically takes 2 to 9 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. In the rarest of cases, delivery timelines may exceed the stated window.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction; however, our return/exchange policy is subject to the following:

  • Timeframe: Please be advised that we do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased on our website. All sales are final. Exchanges may be possible for eligible products and an exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for an exchange in the event of a damaged product, a missing item, or if the product does not meet the customer's expectations, it is mandatory to provide a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process. * The video must start from the very beginning, showing the sealed package before it is opened.

    • The video must clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside without any cuts or edits.

  • Eligibility: Not all products are eligible for return or exchange. Eligibility is determined on a per-product basis at the sole discretion of Sportskingdom.in.

  • Verification: All returns or exchanges are subject to verification by our team at the store. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of the item before approving a request.

  • Final Decision: The final decision regarding whether an item qualifies for a return or exchange rests solely with Sportskingdom.in.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh.
