Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction; however, our return/exchange policy is subject to the following:

  • Timeframe: Please be advised that we do offer returns or refunds for only defective items purchased on our website. Exchanges may be possible for eligible products and an exchange request must be initiated within 5 days from the date of purchase.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To qualify for an exchange in the event of a damaged product, a missing item, or if the product does not meet the customer's expectations, it is mandatory to provide a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process. The video must start from the very beginning, showing the sealed package before it is opened.

    • The video must clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside without any cuts or edits.

    • Also, The product must be in its original condition(no torn product tags, no damage to the product MRP tag etc.) and only in that condition it is eligible for exchange if passed in the above tests.
  • Eligibility: Not all products are eligible for return or exchange. Eligibility is determined on a per-product basis at the sole discretion of Sportskingdom.in.

  • Verification: All returns or exchanges are subject to verification by our team at the store. We reserve the right to inspect the condition of the item before approving a request.

  • Shipping Charges: The shipping charges of the exchanged has to be paid by the customer.
  • Final Decision: The final decision regarding whether an item qualifies for a return or exchange rests solely with Sportskingdom.in.

At Sportskingdom.in, we strive to get your sports gear processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and modifications below.

1. Standard Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please log into your account and select "Cancel Order" in your order history.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order is marked as "Shipped" or "In Transit," it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to follow our Return & Exchange Policy after the package is delivered.

2. Specialized & Custom Equipment

We take pride in preparing your gear to your specifications.

  • Strung Rackets & Customized Gear: For items requiring professional preparation (such as custom-strung badminton or tennis rackets, or personalized jerseys), cancellations are not allowed.

  • Production Phase: Once the customization process (e.g., gutting a racket or printing a kit) has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

3. Pre-Orders

  • For upcoming releases or out-of-stock specialized equipment, you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time until the item is processed for shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: All approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically initiated within 2-3 days. Depending on your bank or payment gateway, it may take 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Cancellations by Sportskingdom.in

While we aim to fulfill every order, Sportskingdom.in reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or has a quality defect identified during the final inspection.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions or payment authorization failures.

  • Note: If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email/whatsapp message immediately and a full refund will be issued.
